HERCULES EVOLUTION HINGE 2 WINGS CENTER LINE 61

Hinge with 61 centre distance designed and developed for security doors, entrance doors and armoured doors, thanks to its special mounting features and a load capacity of 120 kg per pair of hinges and 150 kg for 3 hinges, in accordance with DIN EN1935:2002-02. The results of tests covering the entire product family are as follows:

The cover plate for the fixing screws is locked with a grub screw on the inside of the hinge and can only be removed by opening the door. The components supplied allow for easy use and a simplified removal system: spring-loaded fixing plate, guided by a 6 mm diameter threaded rod, or direct screws and drilling template (optional).
