61 centre distance hinge designed and developed for security doors, entrance doors and armoured doors, thanks to its special mounting features and a load capacity of 160 kg per pair of hinges and 180 kg for 3 hinges, in accordance with DIN EN1935:2002-02. Tests covering the entire product family yielded the following results:

The cover plate for the fixing screws is locked with a grub screw on the inside of the hinge and can only be removed by opening the door. The components supplied allow for easy use and a simplified mounting system: spring-loaded fixing plate, gui- ded by a 6 mm diameter threaded rod, or direct screws and drilling template (optional).
